Vincent de Kastav, Saints Apollonia, Leonard, and Barbara

1474
Fresco
Church of St. Mary, Beram, Istria.

St. Apollonia is identified by the tooth extractor in her left hand, St. Leonard by his leg irons, and St. Barbara by her tower with three windows. As usual, the virgin martyrs are pictured with blond hair. It is not clear why Barbara should have a crown and Apollonia not.
